What you will do

  • Coordinate administrative duties for the service operations department to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage Install Base maintenance, create safety inspection tickets, and oversee daily technician check-ins.
  • Act as a liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch, maintaining shared calendars and scheduling.
  • Process manual payroll entries, including DVR processing and cost corrections.
  • Execute parts requisitions, receive parts, and manage un-received invoice reports.
  • Generate and research operational reports such as Account History, Work in Progress, and missed service reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or a one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
  • 3-6 months of related experience or training in basic business administration.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database is preferred.
  • Experience in elevator repair administration is a plus.
