What you will do

• Drive strategic enterprise deployments by embedding on-site with customers to implement production workflows.
• Design and build production-grade automation solutions, custom nodes, and integrations tailored to complex environments.
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with stakeholder needs and adoption goals.
• Translate customer technical gaps and implementation learnings into product features and platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain an internal playbook library of reusable workflows and integration patterns.
• Deliver time-boxed engagements that prioritize scalable solutions over open-ended professional services.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with experience in full-stack or backend development, specifically building APIs and automation pipelines.
• Expertise in integration building, including working with authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to design clean, practical technical architectures from messy operational problems.
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, capable of building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time, primarily within Europe.
• Strong technical judgment to avoid over-engineering and prioritize simple, effective solutions.

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or similar workflow automation tools.
• Background in forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering at a product-led organization.
• Experience building custom connectors, plugins, or SDKs.
