Regional Business Development Manager (Space & Defense): Driving revenue growth for the hirify.global Space Division in the Huntsville region by identifying and closing business opportunities with Space and Defense customers with an accent on strategic partnerships and customer relationship management. Focus on aligning hirify.global's technical capabilities with customer long-term roadmaps and capturing new market opportunities.

Location: Onsite in Huntsville, AL. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a TS security clearance.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Execute growth strategies to meet or exceed pipeline revenue targets in Huntsville and surrounding areas.
  • Serve as the primary interface and "voice of the customer" within the hirify.global Space organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep business relationships and trust with prime customers and USG agencies.
  • Identify new customer pursuits and align hirify.global’s internal technical plans with customer roadmaps.
  • Coordinate regional trade show participation and monitor market developments.
  • Maintain accurate data and bookings forecasts within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the space or defense markets.
  • U.S. citizenship and TS security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR).
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 50% of the time.
  • Proven success in relationship building and using CRM tools.
