What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate Financial Institution risks to maintain portfolio profitability.
• Manage existing renewal books and apply corrective measures to meet expectations.
• Collaborate with regional and national product line leaders on account strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key producers while monitoring production quality.
• Monitor competitor pricing and forms to effectively market the product within the competitive landscape.
• Provide technical guidance and training to underwriting support staff.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Financial Institution underwriting or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and progression in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Proven marketing and relationship-building skills.
• Four-year college degree or pursuit of insurance designations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional underwriting systems.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no sponsorship provided).
