What you will do

• Provide daily operational support for paint automation systems.
• Specify, manage, and implement changes to existing paint automation equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for automation disturbances to ensure efficient production flow.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize paint automation programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal requirements for automation cells.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of automated production systems and industrial automation.
• Experience in robot programming within manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be eligible to pass pre-employment screening, including reference and drug tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global IRB 5500 paint robots.
• Knowledge of multi-layer paint processes and high-pressure 2K paint systems.
• Practical experience in ATEX-classified environments.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and components.
• Fluency in Swedish.
