What you will do

• Support Key Account Managers in day-to-day communication with modern retail chains such as Biedronka, Lidl, Dino, Netto, and Aldi.
• Manage client price lists and verify pricing accuracy for invoicing.
• Oversee the client invoicing and settlement process.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations related to sales processes.
• Contribute to the creation of promotional plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate daily with internal departments including Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Trade Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office (hybrid model, 3 days/week)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically working with large datasets and multiple clients.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
• English: B2 level required
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Open to candidates without prior experience in sales.
