Python/GenAI Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Embed directly with client teams throughout engagements and understand their workflows before designing solutions.
• Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Design, build, optimize, deploy, and maintain production RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
• Own system architecture and technical direction, including decisions around microservices, event-driven systems, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Serve as the client's direct technical contact, present architecture, defend trade-offs, and support discovery, proposals, scoping, and demos.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical documentation, code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the Python practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production systems; hands-on production experience is required.
• Production experience with RAG systems, LLM-based agentic workflows, AI/ML model deployment, and LLM evaluation.
• Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
• Recent hands-on AWS experience with services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, or ECR; GCP experience is also considered.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, pytest, mocking, integration testing, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• B2+ English and comfort communicating directly with client stakeholders across distributed, multicultural teams.

• Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences experience.
• Presales, consulting, professional services, or embedded client-facing delivery experience.
• React, Vue, Streamlit, Gradio, modern Python tooling, or CI/CD pipeline experience.
• AWS or Claude Code certifications, or experience with Go, Node, or Rust.
