What you will do

• Act as the primary regulatory liaison, building and maintaining transparent relationships with regulators.
• Keep regulators updated on new products, initiatives, and ad hoc developments.
• Collaborate with the UK Board and ExCo to ensure regulatory factors are integrated into decision-making.
• Prepare management reports and information for regulator meetings and internal committees.
• Deliver regulatory requirements training to Product teams and the broader organization.
• Lead and manage the regulatory affairs team while building scalable and sustainable processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, or regulator.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK regulatory environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams within the regulatory affairs space.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Impeccable written communication skills with the ability to deliver messages succinctly.
• Must be based in the UK.
