Salary: €48,000 - €54,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and deliver global email campaigns and basic lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate content updates for CRM campaign planning and seasonal moments.
• Suggest and test improvements for customer journeys and CRM campaigns.
• Optimize acquisition funnels to increase conversion from subscriber to customer.
• Create and execute automated flows and customer activation initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and database health to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience building and executing email and CRM campaigns.
• Foundational knowledge of CRM principles, customer segmentation, and automation.
• Experience with performance tracking and basic A/B testing.
• Familiarity with platforms like Bloomreach, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (hybrid: 3 days/week).
• Strong attention to detail regarding email content and layout.
