What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing activities, including webinars and Go-To-Market strategy sessions.
• Coach and align MSP partners to a proven framework for marketing success.
• Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product suite and pricing to educate clients on advantages.
• Manage client escalations and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
• Manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly metrics for customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing (4-year).
• Experience managing client relationships with customers or partners.
• Proven track record of coaching and influencing clients to leverage recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment with shifting priorities.
