What you will do

• Partner with sales representatives across the full cycle from discovery and qualification to technical validation and closing.
• Deliver executive-level, story-driven demonstrations that address finance business problems and showcase outcomes superior to native Oracle tools.
• Translate complex Oracle Financials architectures and reporting gaps into clear business value and ROI for CFOs and controllers.
• Build and maintain competitive positioning, feeding field intelligence back into product and marketing teams.
• Apply MEDDPICC qualification frameworks to sequence deals and accelerate decision-making.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers on Oracle architecture and high-impact presales execution.

Requirements

• Experience in Oracle-focused presales, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing revenue role.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Financials and the broader Oracle ERP/EPM ecosystem (Cloud ERP/Fusion, EBS).
• Proven ability to deliver value-focused demonstrations to senior finance audiences (CFOs, controllers, FP&A).
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to reframe technical discussions into financial outcomes.
• Strong commercial instinct and genuine enjoyment of the selling process.
• Location: Based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Oracle reporting/EPM tools or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with competitive EPM platforms such as Anaplan, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, or Pigment.
• Experience with UK or multi-country statutory reporting, IFRS, or finance transformation programs.
• Prior experience mentoring other presales professionals.
