TL;DR
Category Manager (AI): Developing AI-ready compute solutions by translating market insights into product opportunities with an accent on market trends, business modeling, and price elasticity. Focus on co-creating demand-generation campaigns and defining feature roadmaps based on technical benchmarks.
Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do
- Research market trends in AI, edge, and cloud to identify new product opportunities.
- Model business objectives, TAM sizing, and price elasticity to maintain competitiveness.
- Analyze product specifications and benchmarks to recommend feature roadmaps.
- Develop and communicate product plans and technical battle-cards to sales teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to co-create demand-generation campaigns and analyze funnel conversion.
- Support sales initiatives through demos and customer workshops.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing (graduation within the last 12 months).
- Native Swedish and strong written and spoken English.
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn product-management and go-to-market frameworks.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm to meet hybrid office requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with basic marketing analytics or A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales operations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Power BI, or Tableau.
