TL;DR

Category Manager (AI): Developing AI-ready compute solutions by translating market insights into product opportunities with an accent on market trends, business modeling, and price elasticity. Focus on co-creating demand-generation campaigns and defining feature roadmaps based on technical benchmarks.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office)

What you will do

  • Research market trends in AI, edge, and cloud to identify new product opportunities.
  • Model business objectives, TAM sizing, and price elasticity to maintain competitiveness.
  • Analyze product specifications and benchmarks to recommend feature roadmaps.
  • Develop and communicate product plans and technical battle-cards to sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to co-create demand-generation campaigns and analyze funnel conversion.
  • Support sales initiatives through demos and customer workshops.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing (graduation within the last 12 months).
  • Native Swedish and strong written and spoken English.
  • Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn product-management and go-to-market frameworks.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm to meet hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with basic marketing analytics or A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Power BI, or Tableau.
