What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for internal finance and accounting tools.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points in financial workflows and manual processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through development and launch.
• Oversee integrations with ERP systems like SAP and other financial data platforms.
• Leverage data and AI/ML to drive process optimization and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in internal tools or operational systems.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and defining product KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical and financial concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, or business operations teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise data pipelines.
