Finance Transformation Lead (NetSuite)

Location: Hybrid, based in the offices in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do

• Coordinate NetSuite implementations across multiple countries and business entities.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, follow-ups, and delivery with Finance, IT, and implementation partners.
• Standardize and improve Finance processes and help integrate acquired companies into the global Finance platform.
• Communicate project progress, decisions, and system changes to stakeholders.
• Support adoption of new ways of working through clear communication, documentation, guides, and best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and automation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering ERP, Finance transformation, or process improvement projects.
• Experience working with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders in complex multinational environments.
• Familiarity with Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable; SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle experience is also valuable.
• Comfort using project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability for hybrid work from the Budapest office.
