Training Planner (Aviation)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; the role requires the ability to live and work in Malta.

What you will do

• Plan monthly training duties for internal and external trainers and flight deck crew members.
• Reserve trainer and training device resources and coordinate coverage with external partners.
• Build efficient training plans and monitor training completion.
• Create required reports and contribute to training system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Training, Crew Training Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, and Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance with duty and flight time limitations, rest requirements, and Fatigue Risk Management standards.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to live and work in Malta.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into recommendations and demonstrate a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Aviation background.
• Knowledge of the AIMS Crew and Ops system.
• Knowledge of working rules, limitations, and rest requirements.
