OKR Implementation & Strategy Manager (OKR/Strategy): Driving the development and adoption of the OKR framework across Grid Technologies while leading strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and portfolio priorities with an accent on strategy execution, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on coaching leaders, integrating OKRs into management processes, operating Workpath, and translating complex analysis into data-driven recommendations.
Location: Budapest, District XV, Hungary; hybrid remote/office work

What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, portfolio topics, and business-critical projects from analysis through implementation.
- Own and continuously evolve the OKR framework for Grid Technologies, ensuring clear governance, consistent practices, and effective ways of working.
- Align execution-unit priorities and key results with the overarching Grid Technologies strategy.
- Build and develop the OKR community through coaching, enablement formats, best-practice sharing, and structured learning journeys.
- Integrate OKRs into management, steering, planning, and digital processes in collaboration with Digital Core and Workpath.
- Lead change management, coach leaders and teams, and turn adoption data and feedback into management recommendations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree and approximately 10 years of professional experience in strategy.
- Strong background in strategic initiatives, change management, and end-to-end project management.
- Experience in strategy development or corporate strategy, translating priorities into execution and operational outcomes.
- Practical experience with OKRs or comparable outcome-oriented frameworks, including coaching, facilitation, or enablement.
- Strong analytical, structured-thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English and an affinity for digital tools; experience with OKR software such as Workpath is preferred.
