What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, and workshop design.
• Partner with Account Executives to execute account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion in Northern EU.
• Advise customers on modern SDLC, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve ROI.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and competitive insights with Product Management and Engineering.
• Create reusable technical collateral and best practice guidance for customers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar solution design roles.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end SDLC and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control and CI/CD platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and security operations.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (POC/POV) and design value stream assessments.
• Strong technical communication skills for both practitioners and senior business decision makers.
