What you will do

• Conduct system and infrastructure audits to optimize cloud services and eliminate technical instability.
• Design the engineering blueprint for PMH 2.0, focusing on enterprise-grade AI security, privacy, and scalability.
• Architect high-performance APIs and manage third-party authentication integrations.
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes to increase release cadence and consistency.
• Develop strategies for evolving legacy codebases while maintaining live service stability.
• Lead technical roadmaps and act as a strategic advisor to client leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience as a Solutions Architect or Director of Engineering.
• Mastery of Python Core and extensive production experience with Django.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure cloud architectures from scratch (GCP preferred).
• Expertise in microservices, decoupled systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with production experience optimizing PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Docker and containerized deployment strategies.
• Must be based in Colombia

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience scaling high-traffic live products in production.
• Familiarity with Wagtail CMS.
