P2P Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Nuneaton, UK (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Process GFR, GNFR, and Rent invoices accurately in compliance with company controls and policies.
• Investigate and resolve supplier queries, invoice blockages, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Execute payment runs, supplier reconciliations, and month-end financial activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Property, and Commercial teams to resolve P2P issues.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Support the wider Procure to Pay function during peak periods and business change activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or transactional finance within high-volume organisations.
• Proficiency in processing PO and non-PO invoices and managing supplier statement reconciliations.
• Ability to resolve GRNI queries and take ownership of discrepancies through to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and experience utilizing ERP finance systems.
• Must be able to work from the Nuneaton office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience within retail or multi-site organisations.
• Experience with property or rent payables.
• Currently studying towards an AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
