TL;DR

Finance Business Partner (Procurement): Aligning procurement savings with operational and capital expenditure plans to drive financial discipline and value across the Group. Focus on coordinating between Unit Finance and Procurement teams to track spend, influence strategy, and ensure the delivery of challenging savings targets.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London or Bristol (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Partner with Procurement and Unit Finance teams to maximize value from non-pay spend.
• Embed a value-for-money mentality across the organization.
• Develop deep insights into unit strategy, market trends, and supplier business models.
• Coordinate the medium-term planning cycle to embed aligned savings targets.
• Track and report on tangible savings to improve profit margins and returns.
• Provide financial support and challenge to senior stakeholders to ensure financial discipline.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA preferred).
• Strong strategic financial literacy and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
