What you will do

• Manage and support enterprise file services (CIFS/SMB, NTFS) ensuring stability, security, and high performance.
• Administer Active Directory environments with a focus on permissions, group management, and directory architecture.
• Develop and improve infrastructure automation solutions using PowerShell and Automic (UC4).
• Contribute to modernization projects involving migration, integration, and consolidation of file services.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex workplace infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in File Services (CIFS/SMB, NTFS) and Active Directory architecture.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and experience building complex script libraries.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Automic (UC4) administration.
• German and English: B2 minimum proficiency required.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Proven ability to use AI tools responsibly to automate repetitive work and improve productivity.

• Certifications related to M365 services.
• Experience with large automation frameworks in highly customized enterprise environments.
