TL;DR
HR IT Specialist (Workday Integrations): Contributing to the Human Resources IT organization by leading the deployment of change requests and resolving root cause issues across the Human Resource product team. Focus on building and supporting Workday integrations, designing solutions for Hire to Retire business processes, and ensuring data integrity and compliance within a global, cross-functional environment.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Eden Prairie, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Salary: $125,600 - $172,700

What you will do
- Build and support Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
- Design and deploy solutions to support Hire to Retire business processes.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to create client-focused IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, configuration, and testing standards using JIRA and qtest.
- Support Global Learning and EID requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and privacy across all project phases.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of IT experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of deep experience in Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, or PICOF).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Eden Prairie, MN.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in Workday Extend or Prism.
- Experience with Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, or Compensation processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
