What you will do

• Own Time & Labor (T&L) module production support, configuration, and business process improvements as the primary functional subject matter expert.
• Design and administer Fluid timesheet configurations, including security roles, training/change management, and complex T&L elements (TRCs, Programs, Workgroups, ORCs, Task Profiles/Groups, Schedules, Value Lists, Rule Definitions).
• Build and maintain integrations and system data structures using Application Designer and Integration Broker (REST/SOAP web services).
• Execute and optimize T&L batch schedules, manage dependencies, and apply lifecycle management with tools such as PUM and Change Assistant.
• Develop and customize enterprise reporting using SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL (including SQL scripts to synchronize legacy databases).
• Coordinate statewide projects and governance activities, including fiscal year-end processing, audit responses, ITIL-aligned incident management, and accessibility/security compliance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience performing system configuration changes aligned with public sector administrative policies.
• 15+ years hands-on PeopleSoft experience using Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL/SQR scripts, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
• 12+ years experience applying security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy configurations in an enterprise environment.
• 10+ years public sector experience supporting 30+ state government agencies.
• 10+ years experience managing enterprise roadmaps and combining functional insight with project management and PeopleSoft T&L module support.
• 10+ years experience with batch operations, PUM, Fluid UI navigation, Elasticsearch, and Tier 2 Service Desk / Major Incident Management (MIM) for P1/P2 incidents.
