What you will do

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations for international payroll processing.
• Configure core Workday setup required for third-party payroll integrations.
• Utilize PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and EIB for payroll data exchange.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors (e.g., BDO) to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Validate inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure accurate data transmission.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including flow charts and mapping documents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, specifically PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and EIB.
• Experience supporting payroll integrations in an international or global environment.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams across time zones.
• English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Studio.
• Familiarity with BDO implementation or external payroll vendor integrations.
