What you will do
- Perform conventional electrical engineering design, analysis, and calculations.
- Develop, review, and support detailed engineering design packages.
- Provide construction, field, and project engineering support for facilities.
- Support facility design, operation, and maintenance activities.
- Interface with stakeholders across disciplines to ensure system integration.
- Lead projects and supervise the work of other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of DOE/NNSA codes, standards, and criteria.
- Knowledge of NQA-1, IBC, NFPA, and NEC facility standards.
- Experience with CAD software or engineering markup tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
