What you will do

• Test and maintain electrical power distribution systems and switchgear through 15 kV class.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex electrical systems, relay systems, and power metering.
• Perform power system studies, including short circuit and protective device coordination.
• Act as the lead person on projects, managing scope, pricing, and man-hour estimates.
• Generate detailed technical reports and process job billing via computer.
• Contribute to business development and expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the US; candidates requiring sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN) are not eligible.
• Passed NETA (National Electrical Testing Association) exam.
• BSEE/BSME degree OR Electrical Technical School/Military equivalent with 3+ years exp OR HS diploma with 4+ years exp.
• Strong background in switchgear testing (up to 15 kV) and knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel for several weeks.
