Senior Electrical Engineer (Nuclear Power): Leading technical design and procurement for complex nuclear power infrastructure projects with an accent on power distribution systems and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Overland Park, KS or Houston, TX. Hybrid work options available after 90 days.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams on complex electrical engineering tasks.
- Develop and apply advanced engineering solutions for nuclear power infrastructure.
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and procurement documentation.
- Oversee project quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineering staff.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
- Must satisfy 10 CFR 810 citizenship requirements for the global nuclear program.
- Working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and hazardous area classifications.
- Experience with ETAP or SKM electrical system analysis software.
- Experience with industrial power distribution design (MV/LV switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, UPS).
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with protective relay settings and equipment sizing.
