What you will do
- Define the end-to-end marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning for the High Value Sender (HVS) segment.
- Lead GTM execution using high-trust channel mixes and community networks to reach premium customers.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure product features align with the marketing narrative for premium senders.
- Implement and evangelize the use of agentic AI toolchains and LLMs to accelerate research and creative iteration.
- Establish planning rhythms and measurement frameworks to track KPIs such as LTV, share of wallet, and retention.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, championing company cultural values across the organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in premium or financially sophisticated consumer segments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Seattle, WA.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategic direction for a significant business area independently.
- Expert-level influence skills to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Technical literacy in leveraging data-driven insights and AI tools to inform strategy at scale.
