Director, Head of High Value Senders Marketing (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; hybrid role with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: $184,000–$230,000 starting base salary annually, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Define segmentation, messaging architecture, and positioning for the high-value sender segment.
• Own channel strategy and go-to-market execution across high-trust professional and community networks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align marketing narratives with product capabilities and customer needs.
• Implement agentic toolchains and LLMs for research, analysis, and creative iteration.
• Establish planning rhythms and measurement frameworks for LTV, share of wallet, and retention.
• Mentor marketers and influence cross-functional teams around a shared strategic direction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience, including work with financially sophisticated or premium consumer segments.
• Experience defining strategy for a significant business area with broad company or industry impact.
• Expertise in clarifying complex and ambiguous initiatives.
• Ability to independently organize and execute multi-quarter plans with limited executive oversight.
• Advanced cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Technical literacy with data-driven insights and AI tools.
