Product Manager (Data Platform)

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote or Hybrid in Mississauga).

Salary: $109,400 – $121,500 CAD.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for data platform capabilities and datasets.
• Translate domain needs into clear data definitions, schemas, and requirements.
• Partner with data platform engineers to guide datasets through transformation stages.
• Define and monitor data health, adoption, and usability metrics.
• Enable and support data catalog creation and ongoing maintenance.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive data consistency and adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (commutable distance for hybrid roles).
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, including B2B enterprise experience.
• Experience with data platforms, pipelines, or analytics products.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or comparable cloud data platforms.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with data governance and cross-domain data definition.
