What you will do

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on project sites while performing hands-on installation duties.
• Coordinate with project management and site supervisors to interpret drawing packages and implement system designs.
• Manage rack and enclosure build-outs, panel terminations, device IPing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain job schedules and communicate timeline risks or equipment deficiencies to supervisors immediately.
• Keep detailed written records of accomplished work, project issues, and site inventory via OneNote.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience installing access control and video surveillance in large-scale commercial environments.
• Proven experience supervising, training, and coaching other technicians.
• Ability to troubleshoot ACS, CCTV, and intercom systems.
• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam, and Adobe Reader.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain security clearances.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work in construction site conditions.

Nice to have

• Lenel certification.
• Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP systems.
