What you will do

• Lead and coordinate start-up and commissioning activities for electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and technical training to a team of approximately 8 technicians.
• Serve as the technical lead for advanced troubleshooting and product expertise.
• Identify project risks and collaborate with management to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage field documentation, punch lists, and ensure timely closeout of service deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule resources and materials for active customer sites.

Requirements

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in power distribution systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of field service experience with electrical equipment commissioning.
• Understanding of LOTO procedures involving multiple power sources.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to regional facilities and vendor sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with switchgear, electrical distribution, and control systems.
• Familiarity with advanced communication protocols and networking concepts.
• Prior supervisory or lead-level experience.
