What you will do

• Investigate, improve, and standardize procurement processes and procedures to minimize non-value-added activities.
• Support the effective use of procurement systems and tools, with a focus on SAP-related activities.
• Maintain and optimize contract data, vendor information, and other procurement records.
• Act as the primary practical link between procurement, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure effective use of procurement tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a mid-sized or large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in working with SAP and driving process improvements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Location: Ability to work onsite in Amersfoort, NL.
