What you will do

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for the Benelux portfolio, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage innovation forecasting for new product launches and translate promotional activities into forecast assumptions.
• Participate in local S&OP processes and act as the primary interface between Sales, Marketing, and the central planning hub.
• Collaborate with Finance to align forecasts with financial planning and perform reasonability checks.
• Manage inputs for customization and displays while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for translating business input into forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience working with Power BI.

Nice to have

• Data engineering skills.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.
