What you will do

• Identify purchasing opportunities, run tender processes, and negotiate supplier agreements for clients like Victoria Trading.
• Analyze spend data, consolidate suppliers, and build customized purchasing programs delivering cost savings and value.
• Coordinate projects with category buyers from Victoria Trading members to achieve sustainable returns through volume advantages.
• Challenge the industry to innovate in quality, packaging, sustainability, and supply chain efficiency.
• Share knowledge and network within the purchasing team to realize non-standard, tailored deals.

Requirements

• In-depth purchasing expertise, preferably in foodservice industry.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Clear, concise communication with a personal touch and target-group orientation.
• Creative approach, flexibility, honesty, and enthusiasm for procurement challenges.
