HQ - AI Business Analyst (German-speaking)

What you will do

• Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives across markets.
• Analyze business performance and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Build analytical models and KPI dashboards using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and related tools.
• Develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership on pricing, sales effectiveness, market expansion, and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with founders and local teams to deploy and scale AI-powered processes.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role or field.
• Degree or background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Full professional fluency in English and German required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in business consulting, analytics, or operations.
