What you will do

• Conduct full-scope market research and turn findings into actionable reports and insights.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Collect, evaluate, and maintain statistical data and research databases.
• Provide market analysis and recommendations supporting company strategy, go-to-market strategy, sales, product positioning, and pricing.
• Use external data providers, research agencies, and global market reports to support customer targeting and prospecting.
• Apply AI tools and AI-enabled research methods to improve analysis, automate repetitive work, and enhance insight quality.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite.
• Experience with intelligence tools, CRM systems, or other analytics software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, translate research into business recommendations, and operate in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Interest in AI and practical knowledge of AI tools, AI-assisted research, or data analysis methods.
