Compensation: EUR 46,000 - 54,500 yearly

What you will do

• Act as the primary Customer Success partner for a strategic retailer HQ, managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Translate business priorities into structured analytical briefs and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and local Customer Success teams to ensure delivery consistency across European markets.
• Apply NIQ data and analytical frameworks to optimize pricing, promotion, and revenue.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the partnership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally within market research, analytics, or FMCG.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced numerical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and simplify complex insights into compelling stories.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
