What you will do

• Build and execute comprehensive system test plans for new features across pre- and post-silicon phases.
• Drive test strategy, planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination of test initiatives.
• Own and evolve the test management system to ensure scalable reporting and effective coverage.
• Manage test hardware setups and maintain an efficient, well-structured lab environment.
• Collaborate with software and systems teams to triage defects, debug failures, and drive resolutions.
• Represent System Test in technical discussions and project reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in embedded systems and Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Expertise in software testing and developing maintainable automated test solutions.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience with MCU and DSP cores/processors and development boards.
• Skilled in using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for debugging.
• Must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Git, and continuous integration systems like Jenkins.
• Experience with dedicated test management systems.
