What you will do

• Design and produce software for new, innovative, and profitable maritime radar products and solutions.
• Support and enhance existing software in accordance with commercial requirements.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including specification, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior colleagues, acting as a role model.
• Serve as a technical liaison for customers, suppliers, and collaborators on software-related matters.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of C++.
• Proven experience taking projects through the complete software development life cycle.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022/2026.
• A degree in a relevant technical subject.

Nice to have

• Experience with GUI/UX or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
