What you will do
- Manage and grow a book of business focusing on Spanish accounts in Europe.
- Educate clients on AI video content creation and ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Engage in business and technical conversations with stakeholders, including the C-suite.
- Drive client retention and identify growth opportunities to ensure long-term ROI.
- Coordinate regular client health check-ins and lead strategic outcomes.
- Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Technical Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in managing risk, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients.
