Maintenance Specialist (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Lead maintenance processes for equipment and production lines to optimize technical and financial resources.
• Define maintenance plans for new facilities and consult on reliability, maintainability, and safety.
• Resolve major technical malfunctions and equipment problems to ensure high performance of production lines.
• Implement improvement projects to reduce ordinary maintenance and optimize energy efficiency.
• Manage and update technical documentation for all production facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance of production and test equipment, including a senior or specialist capacity.
• Advanced skills in TPM, RCM, root-cause analysis, and lean tools (e.g., SMED) within precision sensor and electronics manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably MaintMaster, and MS Office.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Valid right to work in Sweden.
