TL;DR

Senior Creative Strategist: Adapting and scaling high-performing US paid social creative for UK and DE/FR markets with an accent on experimentation frameworks, data-backed creative testing, and cross-market briefing. Focus on building repeatable creative playbooks, improving win rates and spend efficiency, and serving as the creative liaison between EU/UK needs and US production and strategy teams.

What you will do

  • Audit US creative performance and adapt it for UK and DE/FR audiences by adjusting copy, tone, cultural references, pricing, and product focus.
  • Commission and brief net-new creative concepts (video, static, UGC, and other formats) with UK & DE/FR market context embedded.
  • Build and own a structured experimentation framework for UK & DE/FR paid social, including hypothesis formation, test design, documentation, and results reporting.
  • Manage a live test pipeline across Meta (and other channels), analyze performance in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct consumer, competitor, and trend research for UK & DE/FR to inform creative direction and codify winning patterns into playbooks.
  • Act as the primary creative liaison between UK & DE/FR market needs and US creative/production teams, partnering with the Director of Paid Social and cross-functional brand/design/marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant creative and marketing experience.
  • Paid Social and/or Direct Response experience with strong Meta expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience working across markets, ideally including UK and/or DACH, with the ability to adapt creative for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and make confident creative decisions; experience managing creative testing frameworks and reporting results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write compelling ad briefs and copy across formats.
  • Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

  • German and/or French language skills.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, or other paid platforms.
  • Experience briefing and working with UGC creators.
  • Background in DTC, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
