What you will do

• Manage and grow key e-commerce partner relationships through KPIs and joint business plans.
• Optimize day-to-day digital shelf execution, including content, search, and promotional planning.
• Lead recurring business reviews and cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Identify product assortment gaps and translate market insights into growth opportunities.
• Support the rollout of e-commerce frameworks and best practices across EMEA markets.
• Pilot and scale innovative programs such as social commerce and AI-driven personalization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, or FMCG, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrable experience working with Amazon (Ads or Retail) is highly desirable.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrix business environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of online and digital metrics.
