What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for a team of software development engineers and applied scientists.
• Translate complex EU sustainability regulations, such as ECGT and Digital Product Passports, into scalable customer-facing features.
• Write working backwards documents (PR/FAQs and narratives) to align stakeholders on product solutions and success criteria.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, legal, and compliance experts.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure and benchmark product success and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Strong track record of feature delivery and managing product trade-offs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
• Ability to represent and advocate for critical customers during executive-level planning.

Nice to have

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
• Experience building and driving the adoption of new internal or external tools.
