What you will do

• Drive adoption of platform shared services across multiple product teams by partnering with engineering and technical stakeholders.
• Define and manage the shared services roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that improve customer experience and scalability.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities.
• Establish standard patterns for shared services usage to reduce duplication across the platform.
• Track and analyze adoption, usage, and performance metrics to inform prioritization and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on SaaS platforms or shared services.
• Experience driving adoption of platform capabilities in complex, multi-product environments.
• Proven experience building or supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms and shared services architectures.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for requirements generation, prototyping, or data analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Must be based in Brazil

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including roles, permissions, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SSO.
