What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to value realization, holding teams accountable to scope and outcomes.
• Develop and execute robust project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget management.
• Communicate complex updates to executives and senior management through concise, decision-ready reporting.
• Partner with leadership to define strategic objectives, develop delivery strategies, and secure business case approvals.
• Apply organizational change principles to evaluate readiness, anticipate resistance, and drive adoption.
• Establish success metrics and gather stakeholder feedback to evidence the value delivered by initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing multiple projects and programs of varying complexity and budget.
• Proven ability to present to and influence executives and manage globally dispersed teams.
• Strong project management craft in task prioritization, governance, and timeline management.
• Working knowledge of organizational change management principles and methodologies.
• University degree and PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or working toward one).
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
