What you will do

• Design and configure MES solutions, including building and modifying electronic batch records (EBRs) and system workflows.
• Analyze manufacturing and laboratory workflows to implement process improvements and reduce production cycle times.
• Provide frontline technical support for MES platforms, troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure high availability.
• Manage integration between MES and other critical systems, such as SAP (ERP) and shop-floor equipment (PLCs/SCADA).
• Execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and generate documentation to ensure systems remain GxP and data integrity compliant.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enable manufacturing and lab personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the configuration and support of MES platforms (e.g., Tulip, Werum PAS-X, Emerson Syncade, POMSnet).
• Experience working directly in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biologics, or animal health).
• Working knowledge of GxP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts, including PLCs and SCADA integration.
• Proficiency with SQL for data queries, troubleshooting, and report generation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts, including CI/CD and source control (Git).
• Strong skills in business process analysis and workflow design.
