Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of prize competitions, from problem framing and research to final delivery.
• Develop competition structures including rules, phases, evaluation criteria, budgets, and success metrics.
• Conduct deep research and stakeholder engagement through workshops and expert interviews to inform design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Build project plans and budgets while managing multiple concurrent design initiatives.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal design methodologies and thought leadership efforts.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, project management, or product design.
• Bachelor’s degree required (STEM background preferred).
• Strong experience in research, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects under compressed timelines.
• Proficiency with research tools such as Google Scholar, PubMed, or Zotero.
• Must be based in the United States.
