Product Manager Associate

TL;DR

Product Manager Associate: Supporting execution of product strategies and day-to-day product management for adhesives and sealants with an accent on product lifecycle execution, profitability initiatives, and integration of product plans into internal systems. What you will do

• Assist with new product setups in SAP, including gathering prerequisites and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to create stock transfer orders to support commercial activities.
• Support product sampling by coordinating requests and leading sample restocking for the EPower segment.
• Provide costing, shipping, and other required information for commercial quotes and transfer price requests across EPower, Clean Energy, and Electronics segments.
• Support product line consolidation and substitution projects.
• Drive tactical profitability initiatives (cost/margin reviews and pricing adjustments) and participate in the Stage-Gate process for EPower and Clean Energy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, commercial, marketing, or communications in a business or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to apply and interpret standard database and spreadsheet information.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in complex situations to drive profitable growth while balancing limited resources.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% domestically, as applicable.
