Training Analyst

Location: United Kingdom; the role includes training exercises and deployments in the UK or overseas.

What you will do

• Analyse Tactical Engagement System (TES) data and prepare After Action Reviews for UK MOD and overseas military security customers.
• Plan and deliver TES training exercises from Training Level ALPHA to CHARLIE in the UK and overseas.
• Operate WinEXCON on laptops or desktops to provide exercise analysis and After Action Review content.
• Lead a small deployed team comprising a Logistics & Training Adviser and a Field Technician.
• Brief troops on TES capabilities and advise them on using hirify.global equipment effectively.
• Prepare unit Take Home Packs and support Post Training Reports, Post Exercise Reports, experimentation, demonstrations, and continuation training.

Requirements

• Relevant Combat Arm Command & Tactics course or Combat Support Command & Tactics course.
• Understanding of DCC and/or MCC and Combined Arms tactics to Training Level FOXTROT.
• Valid UK passport and the ability to complete workforce screening, including security vetting and verification of working rights.
• Ability to pass a CONDO medical.
• Valid UK driving licence; B+E entitlement is desirable.
• Ability to attend training and deploy to exercises in the UK or overseas.

• Experience working in a battlegroup headquarters.
• Military operational experience.
• B+E driving entitlement.
